Who is responsible for your data

STAS AI LLC operates the STAS AI service. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@stasai.app.

Information we collect

We process account details such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, and authentication identifiers. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares the basic profile information needed to create and secure your account.

We also process the assessment details you submit, including training goals and optional health-related information, as well as chat messages, AI responses, and technical service data such as security and error logs.

How we use information

Information is used to authenticate you, maintain your account and conversations, personalize training guidance, provide AI-generated responses, protect the service, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support requests.

Health-related information is processed only after your explicit consent and is used to adapt responses. STAS AI does not use it to provide medical diagnosis or emergency care.

Service providers and AI processing

We use trusted processors to operate the service: Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Vercel for hosting; OpenAI for AI responses; Stripe for payments; Mux for exercise video; Sentry for error monitoring; and Resend for transactional email. A provider receives information only when its related feature is used and only as needed to provide that feature.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and service data while your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Deleted chats are removed from the active service database. Technique photos follow the retention period shown when they are uploaded and are removed by scheduled cleanup.

You can update assessment information in your profile. To request access, correction, export, consent withdrawal, or account deletion, contact info@stasai.app.

Security and age limits

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and provider security features designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

The current production policy permits guardian-managed child profiles for ages 13–17. A parent or authorized guardian creates and controls the profile and must provide consent. Profiles for children under 13 remain disabled until the required child-privacy review and controls are approved.
