The service

STAS AI provides AI-assisted training information, conversation tools, and features for organizing personal fitness context. Features marked as coming soon, in development, preview, or beta may change or remain unavailable.

Accounts and authentication

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your email and sign-in provider secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify info@stasai.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

A child profile may be created and managed only by a parent or authorized guardian. The guardian is responsible for accurate information, consent, PIN and link security, and age-appropriate supervision. Current production access is limited to ages 13–17.

Training and health disclaimer

STAS AI provides general informational support and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must not replace advice from a qualified clinician or coach.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate professional care for acute pain, injury, swelling, breathing difficulty, chest pain, or other urgent symptoms. You remain responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape or overload systems, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or use STAS AI to harm another person. Automated or commercial use requires written permission.

Plans, payments, and availability

Paid plans show price, renewal period, included features, and cancellation terms before purchase. Payments and subscription management are handled securely through Stripe.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve safety, reliability, or compliance. We aim for dependable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in information you submit. You give STAS AI the limited rights necessary to process that information and provide the service. The application, brand, interface, and service materials remain the property of STAS AI LLC or its licensors.

Responsibility, changes, and contact

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without guarantees that AI output will be accurate or suitable for every person. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions can be sent to info@stasai.app.
